Beer that has been twice distilled into a spirit, then matured in oak casks until ready. Treated not unlike a whisky, but with an incredibly different flavour profile. Made from beer that would have otherwise gone stale due to the bar closures from COVID. Our Golden Rule being “waste not, want not”
