A four pack of 375ml cans that showcase some of our best work. Each of these beers was matured for 10 to 14 months in ex-whisky or ex-rum casks, drawing the residual spirit out of the oak, losing water to evaporation, and deepening in complexity of flavour over the process, and mellowing the strong alcohol content. This results in high strength beers packed with flavour, but wonderfully balanced. As with some of our other beers, these are subject to seasonal availability, small batch sizes and experimenting with unique, one-off beers as well.

At the time of writing, this pack will contain 4x Keel Haul. This will change with availability. There is no lactose in our beers. We may at a future date set up a system where you will be able to select specific beers

Mutineer's Just Deserts 15.2% ABV - delicious and decedent stout, matured with additions of local light-roast coffee, chocolate, vanilla bean, butter and toasted coconut. Perfect to share with a friend, or sip yourself without having to get up to grab another beer!

Keel Haul 14.3% ABV - Keel Haul is an old maritime punishment. Drinking too many of these bad boys is as well! This beer has been aged in ex-Tasmanian whisky casks, which are then re-coopered for the next batch of Captain Bligh’s whisky and rum to mature in. Brewed to be shared.

Keel Haul 2025 15.4% ABV - An even more punishing drink than its predecessor, but equally as delicious. One of the fantastic things about cask maturation is there are always going to be differences no matter the steps you take to prevent them. Get your hands on this one; it’s drinking great now, and will cellar spectacularly for 5 or more years.

Batten Down The Hatches - Wee Heavy 11.9% - Scotch Ale; a delicious and rich beer full of flavour and noticeable influence of oak and toffee.

Project X ABV 13.9% - Black barley wine. A delicious and incredibly viscous beer. Impossibly dark. Made using only malted barley, water, yeast and hops. Prominent notes of chocolate and molasses if, as recommended, allowed to warm up above 14°C. The type of beer you will reminisce about.
